- Photo ID Parent/Guardian Driver’s License that matches the name on Medical forms you will complete.
- 3 Video Certificates (saved into Athletic Clearance account)

- Click Courses on top bar.
- Scroll down to Concussion in Sports, Heat Illness Prevention, Sudden Cardiac Arrest
- Yes, you MUST complete each year
- Don’t choose Band Safety
- Select FLORIDA and ORDER (free)
- Checkout your cart.
- Left bar, select My Courses
- Complete the 3 courses. Must complete every year.
- Go To My Courses on your dashboard and Complete each course.
- You can’t skip through any steps or video.
- Completed course certificates will be in your NFHS account dashboard (left side)
- Save to desktop or folder as a PDF. You will need to upload these into Athletic Clearance below.

4. CUTTIME INSTRUCTIONS
All students and parents will be registered with CUTTIME. This is our site that provides the band director and boosters a organizational platform to maintain student fees, calendars, and SMS capabilities.
This is the site you will need to visit in order to access student accounts and pay using a credit card.
