2. Show up on time and be ready! 

3.  ATHLETIC CLEARANCE - EVERYONE MUST COMPLETE

 MUST BE COMPLETE AND APPROVED BY ADMIN BEFORE BAND CAMP

Must complete EVERY YEAR (For Band/Sports etc.)

ATHLETIC CLEARANCE MANDATORY TO PARTICIPATE IN BAND
​Does not clear you for sports, only band. Start on MAY 15th.
To complete registration you will need:
  • Photo ID Parent/Guardian Driver’s License that matches the name on Medical forms you will complete.
  • 3 Video Certificates (saved into Athletic Clearance account)
  • Parent/Guardian Signatures and Information
  • Starlets ONLY - REQUIRE Physical

FOLLOW REGISTRATION STEPS (Choose correct school and select Music)
  • If you have completed in past years, provide your login. If not, register for NFHS (You need an email)
  • Click Courses on top bar.
  • Scroll down to Concussion in Sports, Heat Illness Prevention, Sudden Cardiac Arrest
  • Yes, you MUST complete each year
  • Don’t choose Band Safety
  • Select FLORIDA and ORDER (free)
  • Checkout your cart.
  • Left bar, select My Courses
  • Complete the 3 courses. Must complete every year.
  • Go To My Courses on your dashboard and Complete each course.
  • You can’t skip through any steps or video.
  • Completed course certificates will be in your NFHS account dashboard (left side)
  • Save to desktop or folder as a PDF. You will need to upload these into Athletic Clearance below. 
COMPLETE THE ATHLETIC CLEARANCE ​Start Clearance
  • Select 2025-2026 Select Robinson High School Select BAND......BAND AUXILLIARY is for STARLET members only.
  • Follow prompts and directions carefully and complete everything needed.
  • You will need to upload your 3 Certificates and Parent ID. (PDF is BEST)
  • Band Students DO NOT need to purchase insurance.  SELECT NO.
  • NEW Guard members select the $5 insurance for Auxilliary.
  • If it asks for proof of address, ie. Electric Bill, disregard. That is for sports. You may have picked the wrong thing to start.  You should have selected BAND. 

Do not combine with sports - Complete Band separately.  Don't miss any parent/student signature spots.

4. CUTTIME INSTRUCTIONS  

All students and parents will be registered with CUTTIME. This is our site that provides the band director and boosters a organizational platform to maintain student fees, calendars, and SMS capabilities.
This is the site you will need to visit in order to access student accounts and pay using a credit card.

If you have not received a welcome message with a link from the the director, click the Resend Magic Link button at the bottom of the Sign In Page.

5. Student Connections

 ALL Band Students, please make sure you subscribed to the band Remind.  This is required. DOWNLOAD REMIND APP (BEST WAY)
